a day, at thousands of ATMs across the country and around the world.
Your card permits transactions at any ATM in the world that displays
the Alliance One, PLUS or Cirrus emblem.
You can use your Cinfed ATM/Check Card
at any Cinfed-owned ATM anytime and there is never a fee. Cinfed also
offers two nationwide networks for Surcharge-Free access to your Cinfed
account.
Alliance One
Alliance One, founded in 1998, is a nationwide
cooperative group of credit unions, community banks and thrifts that
have joined forces to give their cardholders surcharge-free access to
ATMs all over America that are owned by other members of the Alliance
One cooperatives. That cooperative spirit not only gives you more convenient
ATMs to choose from, it also leaves that extra $2.00 where it should
be - in your account.
PNC
Bank ATM Network
A partnership between Cinfed Credit Union and PNC Bank provides an additional
315 surcharge-free ATMs for Cinfed members in the Greater Cincinnati
and Northern Kentucky area and over 6,500 nationwide!
All
PNC Bank ATMs are surcharge-free when you use your Cinfed Jeanie or
Check Card. The PNC Bank ATMs are available inside most United Dairy
Farmer's stores, at PNC Bank branch locations, and from many shopping
and entertainment venues. Look for the PNC Bank logo to know the transaction
is surcharge-free.

ATM Fees
There are two types of fees associated
with an ATM transaction: a Surcharge and Network Fee.
A surcharge is a fee the owner of the
ATM charges when ATM cards (or Check Cards) from other financial institutions
are used in its ATMs. For example if you used your Cinfed ATM card in
a Fifth Third ATM, Fifth Third Bank would assess a Surcharge. You can
avoid the surcharge by using any Cinfed, Alliance One or PNC Bank ATM.
A Network Fee is charged for accessing
the ATM network and applies when you use any ATM that is not owned by
Cinfed. You receive six Network Fee-free ATM transactions per card per
month regardless of which ATM you use.
Remember, there is never a
fee for using your Cinfed ATM/Check Card at any Cinfed owned ATM.
