We are involved in a long-term program to better understand our members’ needs, our strengths as an organization, and our ability to deliver excellent financial services to you. We involved nearly 200 members in focus groups, research projects, and in providing feedback during our journey toward the new Cinfed. Our members shared with us their thoughts and expectations for their credit union, and we took the information to heart!

We have examined ways to ensure that you, our loyal member, remain our single focus and the purpose for our organization. Based on this, our mission is:
